• Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle—from first contact to onboarding and scaling

• Identify and engage with principals, brand owners, and distributors, including PBF (Pedagang Besar Farmasi), for pharmacy, healthcare, and FMCG products
• Conduct business presentations and support partnership discussions with potential partners
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, margins, trading terms, and promotional support, to establish mutually beneficial agreements
• Support the end-to-end partnership process, from onboarding to ongoing coordination and development
• Ensure all product listings (especially OTC, supplements, and healthcare products) comply with applicable regulations and policies

• Assist in planning, setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Instagram, and Meta platforms in global scale.
• Support the creation and testing of engaging ad creatives and content tailored for Instagram Ads.
• Build structured performance reports, analyze campaign data, and extract actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Work with the commercial team to explore and implement new strategies for customer acquisition and engagement.
